I walked in for some Juice and walked out with two new mods. As a customer who typically dislikes the sales approach with add-ons and such I was really impressed by the sales associate Preston. I was able to take my time and look around and we were able to talk about mods and he ended up showing me some good stuff. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will definitely come back for all my vaping needs.

Megan was awesome and went above and beyond,so much so that even after my visit over a month ago I had not forgotten about the exceptional customer service I received!I do not live in Florida and was only here for a day to visit family and looking for a particular product and size(very hard to find for me anywhere)she didn’t have one item I was looking for and I explained my situation and that I was in a rush and only here one day…this sweet beautiful lady took down my information and within ten minutes,probably less,she had found exactly what I was looking for at a sister store and they had one left that she had them hold for me until I could make it the next day on my way out of town!needless to say the experience really resonated with me and even a month later I have to say thank you again. Unfortunately it’s the bad experiences we tend to remember most however I am so happy and pleased with megan at SmokeBucks that I will be giving them my Business every single time I come to visit. I go and spend $30 every 2 days in the place and I realized that when the person in charge changes, the prices go up, I feel so cheated, I go to 103 there they opened a new and cheaper place there and they don't rob you
