I shop at this store fairly often and have always enjoyed the selection and the service. I bought a vape that wasn't working properly and went to return it a few days later. They exchanged it without any problems. I would definitely recommend this shop. They have great prices and a really nice selection 🙂

On Sunday morning (04/19/20) I was looking to purchase a new cigar lighter . The sale man was very helpful. The sale/Services are not so helpful when you have a return an item. Just purchased this lighter 30 minute ago .lighter inside for flames out. Took back to store for exchange . Police are called because I couldn't understand why I my new $25 Lighter could not be exchanged. Owner not available ! I was told that I broke it. And you can read, I don't think this is a great business experience with employees that don't have customers service skills. Just get some one to man the store. Thanks for sharing.

The owner is really nice and tries to accommodate you in anyway. He's very knowledgeable about the products at the store. This store has a variety of tobacco products to choose from. The hookahs are very reasonably priced for the most part. I enjoy coming to this store and buying my products. If you ever have the chance to visit this shop please do and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend this shop. I never vaped before and the young lady was so helpful. She recommended some flavors after I gave her a general idea of my taste and she was spot on! She started my vape pen and showed me how to use it!! I live out Arlington and I will drive from Arlington to the Northside for my vape pen needs. -deborah

I bought 2 pens from here yesterday, and one was 1500 puffs and the other is 800, the puff bar of 1,500 stoped working/ran out after 3 puffs, and the 800 bar light on the bottom stays on constantly and it’s impossible to use it cause it taste horrible, it a strong burn taste. I called and the guy said there’s nothing he can do, that hes just working and he can’t do anything about it (were on a phone call), so I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager, and he hung up the phone on me when I said how are you guys going to sell me something that doesn’t work it was used and can’t fix the problem, I spent around $40 on those damn pens, for nothing.
