Sell bad product. Do not trust them. Have bought several products and was not offered to try the delta 8 cart. Did not work at all. Told me they could do nothing for me. Beware.. fake carts..

I went in yesterday because I forgot my charger attachment for my vape pen. I purchased a pen with charger attachment from them. I charged the one I bought from them and then tried to use it. No go. Lights come on but it will not get hot enough to vape. I used the charger attachment to charge my pen that was dead, and no issue it worked just fine like always. I went back in today to exchange the pen that did not work. I was immediately asked if the rep from yesterday informed me that the pen may not work because they are not very good, I said no and then asked "why would I have bought it if I was told that?" I then was told they would get in trouble if they took my pen back and they could not do anything for me. So on top of charging me twice as much as any other place for the pen, they then would not back up their product with any type of customer service. Stay away and find somewhere else to go.

I visited the smokin lion thanksgiving day and the man working was so helpful & very knowledgeable about all of his products. This is the kind of guy everyone needs at a shop like this- he answered all my questions and helped lead me to my decision that I (clearly) needed help with. And to be working on thanksgiving- that’s a wonderful work ethic! I can’t remember his name but this guy really went above & beyond to help me and the other customers that were there, thank you!! <3
