I've been to a lot of vape shops as I've been vaping for well over 10 years. This being the case, there are certain aspects I look for in a shop if I'm going to come back. Well stocked cases, up to date products and mods, store HAS to be clean, professional service with workers that actually know what they are doing and a large selection of juice.
This store has all of these things. The owner will also offer to try to get something in if it's not in the shop or not usually carried. The selection of Delta Canna products is also welcoming as not a lot of places around this area sell them besides gas stations and I am not buying those from small random places like that.

Ignore all the red necks leaving 1 star because of a face mask mandate. This place is actually very knowledgeable of vape products and Jeff goes out of his way to provide an exceptional experience. They have multiple cherry flavors which is very rare and hard to produce correctly but they do it well. Jeff even gave me an empty 60ml bottle because I broke the top off my other one. I love this place and their products. Great selection of mods and some of the best in-house juices in town. This place deserves more popularity.

So that was before the new owners. The customer service is subpar. The bottle for house juices leak and tops come off. I will never return! I tried to stay loyal but can’t anymore!

Been going there for years. The location on Archer rd was super convenient. Then they closed it. So now have been driving across town to remain a loyal customer. To the owner: your sign says, "No mask, No service". You do understand that, no mask + no service = no sale? By the looks of your business, you really should reconsider whether or not you should be telling your customers what to do. We pay your bills. I won't be going into your store ever again. Please wake up to what is going on in the world. Stop being scared of the flu. People are so gullible. Escape to Vape has a much better selection and lower price and the employees are so much more friendly and personable.

You can't be rude to customers about not having masks if you don't provide them. Grow up or go out of business. Also I had to go to vape dimensions (best shop in town) for them to help fix the device y'all sold me. Set now, but no help from the grab bag.

Review Update - a year later, still the best spot in Gainesville to get juice. The service is stellar and the shop will only get better with the new ownership.
This is a great store with a fantastic staff and wonderful e-liquids. I went in knowing a small amount of information and I was able to leave with a complete RDA Mod setup and I was confident with what I was doing. The staff is always there to help and work with you until the issues are resolved. I love this store!
