So I have to wait at least 15 mins every time I come here just to buy one item because there’s only 1 person working at a time but there’s like 5 “employees” running around vaping, smoking, chatting it up. Employees hanging out around displays eating pizza and then touching everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and from what I heard, neither do any of the other smoke shops.

I was looking for a place in the Cutler Bay Area offering Kava and Kratom drinks and found this little gem. Impeccable customer service, employee knowledge of product, and DELICIOUS drinks. Charlotte, the bartender, is not only knowledgeable about the different teas but also relays the information thoughtfully (not like she’s regurgitating a script). I’m new to the kava/kratom game and she basically gave me consultation and made her recommendation according to my needs. OK THE DRINKS - Kratom drinks I had before were chalky, bitter, and mixed with tons of citrus to “mask the taste”. KRATOM DRINKS DONT HAVE TO TASTE GROSS. I couldn’t believe that I literally drank dirt water at some “trendy” place in wynwood/midtown because “it’s just like that”.
Lies! lol. I tried a Yin Yang, just Yang, aNd one other mix with hibiscus. All very flavorful, refreshing, and not chalky. They also allow you to take the premade elixirs home with you in growlers (the last to places I’ve gone to only sell powders and it never tastes the same when you make it at home).
The vibe was great too. No hipster snobs, or “cool kids” just drinking Kratom because it’s trendy. Places like this are RARE in Miami. New favorite spot.

Stopped by this morning to check out the vape supplies and inquire about prices. The guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered to get up out of his chair. Seemed bothered that he would have stop reading his book and provide assistance. Place is overly cluttered and appears to be confused about what they want to sell as there is no order to it.
