The employee here today was so nice! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and even gave great product suggestion. I also picked up lots of great smelling incense!

Went to the store and purchased from the manager Esther a bag of Kraton, I chose the wrong one "Silver" vs Gold. Came back exactly 15 minutes later and they would not give me a refund.
"It was my mistake and all sales are final"
I've included a picture to reflect it was still seal as I bought it.
BUYERS BEWARE: Any store were all sales are final is a store that's about to go under!!!!

my mom always goes here and always received good service until the "manager" gave her the worse service today my mom was gave a fume and it was dead when we bought it last night and it was dead this morning and it supposedly has 3000 puffs it's ridiculous they didnt want to give her a new one nor refund the money but the money wasnt the issue we go there all the time super bad experience worse management and they should learn to train their employees because she supposedly told my mom that she trains everyone to let the customer know to try it there with them i guess they had a new employee and the girl didn't even ID US NOR TOLD US TO TRY IT .. manager also told us we cant gon into that store super bad customer service

All the reviews here are by the employers do not come here… they will accuse you of having a fake I’d just because they don’t believe you can look younger, times I’ve bought here all the products have been expired and the boxes come dirty Ane there was a roach on the counter… no wonder they never have anyone when walking into the store, manager is very rude also.
