I normally don't leave reviews but this is not my first experience with this happening at this store. I bought a vape. it was burnt right out of the box. I told the employees working that it tasted burnt and they asked to taste it so I let them. They said the burnt taste was just the flavor of the vape. I buy the same one everytime and have been for weeks now and I know it isn't supposed to taste like burnt popcorn. They refused to exchange it. so I called the other location where the manager was working and spoke to her. She said "they were not responsible for the flavor. only if it works or not. We will exchange it only this one time if you come back" so I went back and when I got there she said "we will not exchange it and theres nothing I can do for you". So if you buy a vape and it's burnt might as well throw it away because they won't help you. This is a terrible way of running a business. If you sell a product (a product you know has a lot of issues) and it's faulty you can't refuse to replace it or give a refund. Stop selling them if you don't want to replace them or give refunds.

Stopped by to find a replacement coil for my vape and Kristen helped me do just that! She was very polite and courteous from the moment I came through the door. Nice clean store with a very nice selection of new products as well as replacement parts, and a knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back!

Bought a dab rig. Paid 45$ for it then got home and tried it and it had no airflow and would not work. Called store and said nothing he could do for me. I just think its crazy they can sell broken glass peices. Still have to price tag on it and all

Like most other smoke shops in the area they have been selling lots of flop vapes. I bought three fumes ultras in the past week within 24-48 hours they are already blinking, heating up, or malfunctioning in some way. Last night I bought an Airbar Max here it is first thing this morning and it’s hitting as if it’s empty. They shops don’t feel they are at fault for selling bad products but they should be held accountable.
