Small cramped space, employees chatting with each other throughout my transaction, wasn't offered a receipt. No idea how much each thing was, couldn't even look at merchandise because some friend of the employees was in the way. Weird. Won't be back.

The staff is always friendly and eager to answer questions about the products. Always a big selection of whatever your needs are. Prices cant be beat for the unique designs of all the products they offer. There could not be better employees. I'm not sure of his name but there is a young man that works there and he is way more helpful than I would expect in any retail situation. Customer service is a huge thing for me and this kid knocks it out of the park, grand slam after grand slam. The owners are kind and appear to be very fair and the employees surely seem to love working there. And where else could I get banana incense? Not like 1973 called and wants it's incense back, some of the best incense I have ever used.
