John was very nice, helpful and patient. He gave me quite a bit of dab knowledge.
I went in again about a month after my first visit and the gentleman (forgot his name) helped me find a torch. It was a little out of my price range so he knocked off a few bucks and gave me a lot of information about the torch i bought and about butane. Thank you dude!!! I really wish i could remember your name but ill see you October 12.

Went into pipe dreams the other day and was greeted almost instantaneously when I walked in by a gentleman named Clemens. He was extremely knowledgeable of the glass art and offered to show me any of the pieces I was interested in, which is nice because some places are kinda rude about it when you ask to look at multiple pieces. I ended up scooping one of the local artists rigs that they stock (they have a ton of local talent in there). Overall 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.
