Mr. Nice Guy's CBD Vape Kratom E-juice Shop Etc.

Im giving mr nice guys a 5 star review for their customer service. I went in and bought some vape juice and it tastes absolutely horrible. They went ahead and replaced the juice and I threw the other juice away. However, the other juice they gave me for a replacement (different flavor) had the same horrible taste. Found out at another vape store that freshly mixed juice (they mix the nicotine into it at the store) needs to sit for a week or two before being smoked so that the nicotine and juice can mix properly. I wouldn't recommend buying juice from here and ill update my review in a week after letting the juice sit.

Edit: after putting the bottle of juice in a bowl of water that I microwaved for 3 minutes (steathing the juice) and letting the juice sit with the lid off for 2 hours (steeping the juice) and then shaking the juice to mix it up once per day... It tastes significantly better and doesn't tingle or burn when I hit it. It is a PG based juice and I don't feel like it has as much flavor to it as juices I've bought at other places but I will say that I feel much better about my purchase as it is not going to go to waste.

Bought a few torch style lighters, a vape unit and 4 MTN DEWs for the road. After checking vape shop next to this one found this shop had cheap prices and good products. I'm very impressed and have already returned 3 times for additional merchandise. Only issue I had was at night the place doesn't have a sign so locating can be a bit of a task. I talked to the employee there and was told the owner was working on getting a business sign installed. Well thanks and keep up the awesome job!!

I brought my mom in to get a new mod and some juice. Well let's just say the guy that was there was only interested in hurrying up and getting back to his friends that were hanging out! We went to pay and saw you carried dog treats with CBD I asked him how many mg are in each treat he stated Idk I would have to calculate it out. I'm sorry your selling the treats individually and the guy doesn't know how many mgs are in each one! That's just crazy to me. The customer service was awful and by having friends just hanging out made my mom feel very uncomfortable as she is older and made her feel very self conscious of even being in the store. She isnt a stoner and that's what she felt like while young kids are watching her every move... I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS STORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WERE GIVEN. Also we went in looking to spend money and he made us feel as if he were too busy to even care were there!
And the reply and the apology wasnt any better!
Well if u haven't heard a complaint before you have now...
You should train your employee with some Customer Service training.
She bought a mod and not one time did he ask her do you know how to use it do you know how to seth if up..
He should habe set it up for her made sure she knew how to use it. And while doing that he could have made sure the product sold worked!
And by your response And the fake apology I can tell your only in it for the money. Not make sure your customers are happy.

This place blew me away tonight! I went in after work because I hadn't yet, it was open, and it was close. Caitlin was awesome in her knowledge and the atmosphere was great. On top of that the juice is well priced and tasty! Found my new spot!

Only issue is the quality of kratom isn't consistent. It seems like they'll have a good batch some times and then different stuff other times. The look and taste is different and so is the effect with the same type of kratom. I've noticed this with their green meng da powder. I dont know if they're aware of this.

Amazing staff, knowledgeable about all the products in their store as well as having a extremely laid back attitude which in some retail settings can be a bad thing, but just like MMJ dispensaries and headshops and not intense pressure to buy something as like an upsale, they seem to truly trust in their products and their customer base on either knowing what they want and giving them it, whether it's CBD products or Amazing Kratom that I would almost contribute to solely for saving my life and showing me that as a young adult with Lupus and Nerve Damage with Fibromyalgia as well, that I can live my life with little to no pain without having to stay on the heavy narcotic opiate pain medication my doctors had prescribed me. Sorry for rambling, my point or review is they are not out to upsale you they truly listen to your situation and suggest multiple ways that they themselves have used both substances to help or advice and customers thoughts on products and as I said before I contribute my usage of White and Red Maeng Da to stopping prescription opiate use and has helped me control my anxiety and depression easier as well. Well worth a trip in and at least one trial purchase of both their incredible CBD products and their life saving Kratom, which just to try you could get 20 capsules at least for around 5-6$ so you do not need much to see what it's all about and how it can help you. This Kratom literally had turned me from being bitter and sometimes hateful at life and the cards I've been dealt (woe is me) to literally for the first time in 10 years, just by stripping away my pain without the side effects of my narcotic opiate medications, has given me the mental clarity to where I can truthfully say I am so in love with life right now and I cannot wait for each new day to have the mental clarity to be able to make each day better than the day before for not only me, but anything I can do for all the people in my life now without worrying about the physical pain that would come with it. I'll wrap it up there, I'm sorry for the long rambling but I just could talk all day on the literal life saving benefits of every single product in that building, I almost feel like I owe them the world for giving me my life back. <3
