I came in to get my first kit of my own that isn't a disposable not really knowing too much about what I wanted and Blake hooked me up with the smok Nord x, don't really have the knowledge to attest to the kit but I will say the store had a lot of kits, juice, and accessories and was clean and not super busy. Mostly I wanted to leave a review because Blake was super sweet and walked me through every step of the process and made it super easy for me. NGL have to take off like .5 stars because it's in a mall and right across from this gross patriot apparel store, but might go back anyway to let Blake know if I like the guava lava he recommended.

I advise against this vape store. I bought a starter vape that I admit was not expensive, 30 dollars. Bought it on the 8th and it started having issues shortly after. My husband brought it in and they told him that it was not making correct connections due to the pod not the device and they sold him more pods. Of course it was the device but by the time we were able to determine that the return time frame had passed. When we went it to the store the guy behind the counter just said “yeah well it is a cheap one” . So don’t waste your money here. I have had cheap vapes last longer then a week and half before.

I give them zero stars, I called at 11 AM to place a delivery order, that never gets here until 7 PM. This time that I called, my Internet is being funky, so I want to place an order and I get told by the sales associate to use the online order because he’s “busy with another customer.” Y’all just opened!!! How are you “extremely busy with another customer?” You know you could’ve just put me on hold for a little bit, now you lost my business forever because of your rudeness. Might as well have spit in my face!

I have tried to save money by ordering vape supplies online, but by the time you pay shipping and the new "recipient signature required" fee, it's about 30% more expensive than buying locally. Of the few local stores I've tried, American Vape and E-Cigs is the best. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection. I don't like having to walk through the dead mall to get to them, but once I do, I am always pleased with the service.

Nobody goes to shopping malls anymore. Move this store to a nearby shopping center where I can just drive up and walk in!

By far the best vape shop anywhere near the springs. Their house juice flavors have so much taste, definitely the best I've had. They have so much variety, and they know how to get them right. On top of actually good product, every person I've talked to has been knowledgeable and clearly cares about giving you what you're looking for. I highly recommend if you're looking for your go-to vape shop.

Top notch staff! These guys are always super nice and very helpful when trying to make a decision! Love every one of them! Only place I shop for my vape supplies! They have been the biggest help when I wanted to jump from tanks to a RDA, I have been going here for 2 years! And not ONCE have I had a i left unsatisfied or upset!

Monika is awesome!! Out of the 3 other shops we've been to on the north end, she was by far the most knowledgeable and most willing to educate and help us. This shop has an ENORMOUS selection of vape gear and flavors and the fact that they carry Grunt Style in a retail store totally tops the cake! The prices are way better than online stores too and the majority of juices are 80/20. This will be our go-to. No more trying out new places, we found our winner!!

Their Pikes Peak E-Juice is great. Very friendly staff that have great recommendations. They'll add nicotine to make it exactly the strength you want which is awesome. The Pikes Peak has a great fruity flavor with a light menthol 'on ice' background taste. Tastes like a premium juice for a fair price.

Every time I go into American vape there always super friendly and helpful. They will work with you to find a juice or device that is great for you and they will answer any question you have. Been going to them for years and basically refuse to go other places cause most other places are either way to pricey or there staff isn't as friendly or helpful.

My absolute favorite Vape shop in the Springs area! They have a huge selection of premium e-juice along with fantastic house juice in every flavor one could want. Their selection of hardware is top of the heap as well. The staff are more than happy to answer ANY questions so if you’re new to vaping (getting off of the cancer sticks) I’d suggest coming here as they will explain everything to you. The staff are friendly, fun & just amazing as is the atmosphere. Best experience at a vape shop!
