This vape store is the best around! There is a great selection of juice and coils.. It has always been a great experience.. the gentleman that runs the shop is always very friendly and helpful

The worst customer service ever seen
Hi folks, I think I have to share my story, simply I went to buy juice for my Vape and i asked him which kinds of juice is the most popular for Arabic people? since his shop is located in the middle of a big Arabic community and absolutely he has a lot of Arabi customers, that’s what I guessed. He answered me with a loud, high voice and was nervous (I don’t like dealing with Arabic people). I wont to sell to American people only I don’t want to sale to Arabic people !!!!!. I felt embarrassing, I told him, so I am Arabic, Do you want to sell me or you want me to leave (with a smile and a a lot of patience). I thought he going to apologize and he will say i didn’t mean to ignore you, but he was more than rude, he said (IT’S UP TO YOU) with a loud voice and a lot of nerves. I told him just give me the same Juice as the last time I bought, then he gave me this one, when I want to pay he said it’s $24.99. I told him two weeks ago You sold me this one for $20 only! looks like he didn’t believe and he said did you pay as cash or credit? I told him credit. He checked my name on his computer and he said that’s right, then I paid him $20, he said do you want receipt? I told him yes please, and I left.
I swear I’m not going to come back and I will share my story and i will tell all my friends and the people who I know and my followers on YouTube and Facebook please please please, don’t go to this shop.

Amazing shop. The best experience I ever had in Sacramento for a Vape and Smoke shop. Unbeatable prices and customer service. The place looks like Apple Store not some hole in the wall shop like most Vape shops.

Attendant knew which coils were best for my smok baby beast and he even gave tips on how to prime them properly. He said if it didn’t work for me that he could give me a refund but it works great!

My husband went to that store to pick out vaponizer , the owner was very knowledgeable in his products very helpful , as soon as he walked in he was greeted , helped and on send on his way. The owner has amazing customers survices. We will definitely come back. If u are a Ruki in all this then this is a place to start.

I live very close to this shop and drive by its location daily; because I noticed the sign on the building from Tonic, I thought to myself, "That's a new sign and I think Tonic is a shisha brand. I'll stop in very soon and check it out!" Stopping in is just what I did!

Upon entering, I noticed many hookahs and hookah accessories lining the wall on the left. Hookahs were set up in the middle of the store on tables and it seems as though you can smoke out of them. I didn't ask the guys working if that was what those particular ones were for because I seriously was more interested in finding a new shisha flavor to try out. I had a nice young man help me and I swear he looks just like the comedian Gabriel Iglesias! Anyways, he helped me and I smelled some recommended flavors. I ended up taking home 100g of Purple Mermaid to try out - if I really like it, next time I'll buy a 200g can. He was also nice enough to show me the Tonic brand hookahs that they have. I truly needed to buy a new hookah to replace my current one that has a rusted stem so I ended up buying a Tribes hookah for $35!!! That's right my friends, $35 for a nice sized hookah! The great thing is, Tonic hookahs come with a year warranty in case something happens to your hookah! Score! There are many more hookah accessories in a smaller room in the back of the store and they carry many brands of natural charcoals like Coco Nara and Coco Mazaya. I love this place so much as a hookah smoker and I've visited only once!

Not only am I a fan, but ummm Twisted.....who??!! Sorry Twisted, but I think I found my new hookah shop to go to regularly and if they start carrying Tangiers shisha, it's over for you guys!!

Where do I start? Overpriced, counterfeit products everything down to the CBD is garbage. Return policy changes from day to day. Not to mention it smelled like someone soiled themselves in there. I will never return and if you are thinking about visiting this place RUN

B4 YOU SPEND LOOK ACROSS STREET THERE'S A LITTLE VAPE SHOP CALLED "CULTIVAPORS", WHERE THERE 5☆+ SVC./PRICE/INVENTORY HAD ME $75 SPENT AND HAPPY,A COMPLETE OPPISITE OF "TONIC" A 2☆ at best all flashy but a dud.
This place is a giant space with a horrible selection, basically stuff looks like they bought cheap in mass volume and sell at full retail.
The service if you could call it that was terrible. They were less interested in helping me than they were informed on the products they sell. I bought a butane refill bottle for $8,99 just because we drove 15 min to check it out. Gas stations sell the same for ~$5.

Excellent service and attitude. They didnt even have the cartridge that i needed, but they sure did look around til finding one the same size. Im definitely gonna go back. I highly recommend this place over ANY OTHER VAPE SHOP
