The first off I can't speak on the customer service or the way they handle themselves because I know exactly what I wanted although I can't speak on the absolute astronomical prices they have the highest prices of any vape shop I have ever been in. $32 for a $9 bottle of juice this is what you call highway robbery and I would warn against the shop and can give multiple other locations that are at least $20 cheaper.
