I wanted to leave a review of my purchase here as I dont wsnt others to experience the lack of support after the sale like i have. I came here at the start of the year. So it's been less than 90 days since I purchased my SMOK X-Priv and a couple bottle off e Juice. I paid full retail on the x-Priv which I had seen on a lot of online e-tailers for $68 -$75. I paid $110 for my X-Priv at Ignite. Had no issues with the other than occasionally it wouldnt react to having the fire button pressed. I could usually just reboot it or take out batteries and it would reset and be fine. Well that's no longer the case. I went back to Ignite just the other night and saw my same sales guy, Hector. Hector was nice when I purchaed the unit and I recall saying to him almost verbatim to this -- "Listen I realize you guys are a brick and mortar store and you have very high rent here on Hollywoof Bkvd. So.im not gonna bicker about the price even though i have seen this exact model for $68 - $75 online (Element Vape, Ebay to name just a couole). BUT I said... I expect Service and after the sale possibly if I'm gonna pay full-pop."
Hector of course said "yea man.. of course and he even went ahead and primed my new x_Proc with my eJuice and loaded the tank before I left. I complemented him on the store and how he handled the sale and said that a why I came to your store rather than online.
Fast forward 3-month or slightly less... and when my unit stopped firing I went back and when I saw Hector again he pressed a fee buttons on my unit and then said it was too long after the sale for him to exchange it. What ? It's not even been 90 days and the manufacturer warrants them for a year. He wouldnt exchange it. And while I MIGHT be understanding of not exchanging it. What he didnt do was offer to send it in for repair or see if the Smok rep woulld replace it for them/me. Basically he handed it back and said "sorry dude... have a nice day" and THAT my friends is exactly NOT what I expect from making my purchase at a brick and motor retailer and for paying full retail on my purchase. ....and that's why I wont shop brick and motor Vape stores anymore either. Because out of my past 3 experiences with them you will ALWAYS pay FAR more than online....AND they offer NO service after the sale.. while the online vendors I have bought from in the past DO SERVICE their CLIENTS PURCHAES after the SALE."
So why pay 20-30% more and not get anything in return for it other than being able to take home your purchase right then and there... which you will be stuck with should anything occur with it after "a certain amount of time has gone by" (never was told what that amount of time was by Hector, but he said it 3x to me... honestly there is no difference if it was 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.. truth is all those dates are short of the 1 year warranty offered by SMOK and and all of those dates would present the same challenge to the reseller / Ignite. Giving a replacement unit to a customer and having to take back their now used unit.
FIX - offer a loaner MOD that is equal ot less value. Charge a deposit for the loaner. Send back the customers purchase that they bought to your store n let them know when it's fixed. They come back after its back at the shop fixed. Return the loaner MOD and get their deposit back. Ignite hands them their fixed unit (plus any repair costs if there are any. Warranty stuff is covered under warranty. Non warranty stuff hey charge for shipping and the repair. But either way.
SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER AFTER THE SALE.
BECAUSE....
AFTER ENOUGH TIME OF NOT SERVICING AFTER THE SALE YOU MAY JUST FIND YOU DONT HAVE ANY RETURN CUSTOMERS. (NO eJuce purchases, no referrals, no repeat business). ....AND after enough unhappy cleints.. you may end up with NO CUSTOMERS at all.
Hope this doesnt seem bitter. I'm just really disappointed expected much better service that what I got. Which was NOTHING.

They always have great suggestions and let you check out the different products you're interested in. Best shop on Hollywood blvd.

This lady who own the taco truck is incredible she feel for the less fortunate when I first meet her I was Doing bad she fed me for about six month and every body else who fell on hard time she nice so don't take advantage of her, she is as pure as they come she have the best taco I ever taste you can taste that grill in the flavor.

Bought a Aspire Nautilus. Brought it home, wouldn’t fill up with juice. I brought it back and the worker just messed around with it until he got juice everywhere but managed to get juice in. So, next day, the thing stops hitting. No airflow. So I switched coils, the new one didn’t work either. So I brought it back less than a week from when I originally bought it and I was refused a refund or any compensation in any way. Disappointing because Ignite was always my go-to shop in the past. I’ve bought a couple vapes from this shop, and so he worked suggested that I broke it and he wouldn’t help me out. Too bad. One star, terrible customer service.
