Amsterdam Smoke and Vape Store

this has to be the best smoke shop that I've ever been to In My Life. The personnel there are great and very friendly plus the products they're high-quality as well. This is going to be my main smoke shop from now on in downtown Long Beach. You can get a great selection of anything from pipes to bongs to vaporizers and even Vape juice for nicotine compatible vaporizers. Great store and very knowledgeable personnel. Again, it's officially my number one spot from now on.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When calling into the shop to ask if they had a certain product, the employee couldn’t have sounded less enthusiastic. When I arrived to the store there were no employees anywhere to be seen for 2 minutes. When two finally emerged from the depths of the building, they were stumbling lay able to kind of help as I basically answered my own questions, because these two were clueless. I got my product, a nicotine vape, with a few accessories.
Upon setting the vape up, there was a very slight line through the electronic screen. No biggie. Two days later, nothing is showing on the screen. At all. Defective product, just purchased two days before, should be able to get it exchanged or a return, right?
NOPE! I was told multiple times over the phone that they wouldn’t accept the return or exchange because the product brand (SMOK) has some special promo blah blah, and then went on to feed me a line about Covid precautions.
Now, if you unknowingly buy a defective product from a store, logic would dictate that that store would WANT to replace that item, so you’d be a satisfied customer and become a repeat, returning customer. Right?
Nope. They don’t care. Wont do anything about a piece of broken garbage they sell you packaged as something nice. This was my 4th or 5th purchase from this store for vape machines and products. After this, I definitely will not be returning, and I’ll be putting the review on my social media accounts as well. If you want to treat people like trash, your business will decline even more so than it already obviously has.

Thank you for wasting the hard earned money of someone who is currently unemployed due to COVID.

Please, for the love of god, stop selling me broken, leaking, bootleg juul pods. Every time I try to take a drag, I end up getting a mouthful of liquid that taste very similar to cleaning products. It’s not a very relaxing time. This is the second time I’ve bought a juul product, and each time I've purchased from this store, the pods leak. I’m not sure if the workers fill the pods themselves, or if they’re just defective, but each time I’ve came in, they leak onto my lips and in my mouth. Seriously gross.

Just bought an amazing piece here! I brought it home and it had a pretty bad manufacturer defect. I took it back and they swapped it out. No question. Its hard to find good customer service in this industry sometimes. I am very pleased and will likely return

They push all their customers towards "Max Tank" products while knowing those products taste terrible. I'm not sure why they are coached to do that but I'll never buy from here again.

I went in looking to get the best setup for vaping cbd. I got advice from 2 people in the store.They sold me a smok pen 22 and an additive. They filled the device for me with the additive. When I went home and looked at what I bought on the internet I realized I got an additive and not regular vape juice. I went back and they we're unsympathetic. It is a super harsh smoke.
