The is clean and nicely set up. Everyone was really friendly the 1st time I went in. I needed new pods and coils for 2 vapes but had absolutely no idea what size it took so I brought it with me. I explained the woman I had no idea she said no problem. She pulled out her phone checked sizes for the two vapes I was buying and sent me on my way. Fast forward 5 weeks I go to switch out my pods and coils to find out they don't fit. I just tried to return "her" mistakes and they wont refund it. $100 down the drain. She wouldn't even call the owner for me. I was told to drive down to Auburn and try to see him there. This would have been my go to store. Stay away the store has no ethics if they wont take care of their employees mistakes.

They do not open at 8am even though they state it online and on the door. I waited from 7:55 to 8:10 in front of the store. Not even a light on.

Bought a 510 battery for $30. It broke the second day. While replacing oil cartridge the heating element separated from the body. While the employee was nice, he absolutely refused an exchange or refund. I guess they are OK with selling faulty equipment.

DONT SHOP HERE. This shop is rlly nice and has a good selection of glass but after I bought a wrong sized ash catcher the lady decided to inform me that I couldn’t exchange anything. Instead of being kind she told me I could buy another one if I needed to. So don’t buy the wrong thing and try to avoid the lady in there as best as possible.

Very upset, the delta 8 alien puffs are usually not working and then just ealier today bought a cleanaf max vape that wouldn't work and the dude in there wouldn't return it or exchange for another. 21 dollars down the drain! Definitely telling others to avoid this place.

Why would non users of tobacco related products of any kind, bother to own or even work at, a tobacco, vape, and head shop? No knowledge of products sold at all. Indifferent as to weather or not you make a purchase. Sterile and unfriendly at best. Indifferent and mediocre. I do not believe this store will last long. A waste of valuable retail space. A waste of time unless you know exactly what you want, and do not mind being ignored. A wildly over stocked store, with a stereotype clueless owner and indifferent employees. Having visited 3 times, I will not cast my shadow across the doorway of this store again.
