I moved from Santa Cruz and was driving over the hill to go to my regular smoke shop until I came to this store! Great staff that's there regularly and I've had the same three employees every time I go. Special thanks to Bri who always helps me get a new piece when mine inevitably breaks!

Dishonest person behind the counter. Manually rang up my vape pen as "custom sale" for more than they usually are. I asked how long it was this price. He said always despite this being my 4th purchase of the same product here. When I commented, he scanned the pen and the normal price popped up with the brand name. And then he tried to play it off like that was "his cost". Big accident. Gave me a "free charger" for the hassle (it already has a charger).
Dishonest people work here. Won't return again.
