Ridiculous prices, bad attitude, inconsistent hours, doesn't answer the phone, hostile customer service.

I questioned him about why his vapes are $10 more than elsewhere. He charges $32 when other places charge $22. He told me it's his store and he can charge what he wants. He's correct, but I certainly don't have to support it.
Hopefully he goes out of business soon so someone else can open a shop there. A stain on the community.

Went there for some t shirt that i really like and ended up buying a vape mode as well nice prices and friendly customer service ... ethan u rock bro .

Awesome smoke shop here in boulder creek with reasonable prices came here for vape juice they only have tobbaco though .... will shop again

I've shopped here for many years and always had the best service. I will miss Ernie (RIP) and I miss Saul. He was like a son to me. Anyway, I thought I'd put my two cents in to balance the reviews. There's always two sides to every story.

I was accompanied by a friend to purchase a new lighter. When we walked into the store, the sales person was frenetically moving around the back part of the store mumbling something that was unintelligible. We finally realized that he was yelling that he was refusing to serve us and that we needed to leave. I told him I wanted to purchase a lighter and he pointed to a sign saying that he had the right to refuse service to anyone. It was very bizarre. When I restated that I wanted to purchase a lighter he told us that he was going to call the police. (for what?) We are both Latino. We noticed that he served two Anglo individuals one before us and one after as we were standing outside the store. I cannot for the life of me figure out what triggered the sales person's demeanor. Psyc problems, drugs, he does no like Latinos? Very strange.

I was very pleased with the service I received there. Sal was very friendly and helpful to me on several occasions. They have great prices and a HUGE selection. I would most definitely shop there again.
Oh yeah, and its super cool inside when its scorching hot outside! Just sayin.

When I arrived to this smoke shop I was greeted by a man who said hello he then waited until I would have asked to see something if he was going to help me again as I proceeded to look around the shop and see nothing was at a price that was actually convenient or made with quality of you know beyond 2 mm glass I realized that I did not want to shop at this smoke shop again the second time I ended up arriving at the shop I was greeted again hello by the man that was behind the counter but he was then at an impasse with a man that needed to return an item he had just purchased 18 minutes before then the item that he had purchased was a vaporizer attachment that did not fit the person behind the counter said no all returns are final I cannot return this item the gentleman said I have my receipt and this is not okay he then proceeded to call and an older gentleman came into the room the older gentleman ask who is the owner the gentleman behind the counter said I cannot give that information the gentleman that was the customer said we need this return give us a new item and we will be reviewing this I thought that this situation was done very poorly by the person behind the counter and I thought that the entire situation could have been avoided if the item was just returned in the money was given back the item was not at a false and he could have returned it to the vendor he could have said that he needed items that were actually at a different size and the vendor did not give him proper measurements and sizes that were needed in his County there were areas that he could have presented to his own business ethics to avoid this entire situation being a loss in his business but I kind of feel like that this is one of the things that needs to change this situation was very poorly handled and so this business receives one star

This place will not answer the phone and even answered and hung up on me once. They close early for no reason some of the time. Since they are the only smoke and vape shop around there prices are fairly high. Since you are forced to go to the shop because they dont answer the phone they will give you somewhat decent customer service unless you try to return something. I prefer to make the drive to Santa Cruz where the prices and service is better and the businesses actually answer the phone. Plus you can buy cigarettes cheaper right across the street at the gas station.

The cashier told me to get the f out and I hadn't said or touched anything in the store, it's hard to believe but these bad reviews here are real. This person is probably a drug addict, and this whole business is a joke. Grow a pair and fire that kid

Closed early with "sign on the door stating they had to run to bank for change. So other people and myself waited there. Soon 2 kids came to the door asking why we were there? And stated the owner wanted them to close early. So someone else asked about the sign on the door and also said he came the day before and they were closed 30 min early too. The kids replied with major attitude,,!! and said the wind blew the sign on the front door and told us all to leave the premisis as if we did something wrong?
