I used to shop at Vapor world but when they sold me a device that didn’t work & refused to give me a refund. I decided to try you guys. Staff is very friendly . Although you didn’t have my favorite juice she spent 45 minutes helping me find one similar in flavor and it’s cheaper than vapor world. I drive 45 minutes to get to your bentonville location bc I won’t go anywhere else

Go here now!!! I had visited other Vape Shops in the area and had terrible experiences, people being rude and short with me... My friend recommended this place and she was right! I wanted to get a RDA and I worked with Chris (I think). They got me hooked up with all the right equipment and gave me pointers to get going. AMAZING customer service! They even helped me rebuild my coils when I was having issues with my mod.

They’re maybe below average compared to their Fayetteville location. They never have grape jam monster and if they do it’s possibly out dated. Employees are nice as can be but sometimes it seems more of a liquidation store.

I find this to be a pleasant store to visit. I would say it's primarily a head shop but they do also have some vape gear for those looking to simply vape nicotine ejuice since it's far more healthy than smokes. The only downfall I experienced was the lack of selection for nicotine salt juice and the prices are not great however I'm sure they have huge overhead as it's a big building. Overall I would suggest you check it out.

My husband has been going here for several months now. Yesterday he replaced his mod because he suspected it was leaking and they don’t have replacement pods for it. The new mod he bought isn’t working and the offer from the shop upon calling was troubleshooting, 20% off a replacement or contacting the manufacturer for a refund. Really not an ideal policy. He ordered replacement pods online. Unsure whether he’ll continue continue buying coils and liquid here or if he will just switch to online. Definitely wouldn’t buy a mod again in the future unless the policy changes. Obviously I don’t know the businesses’ bottom line but I would think they ought to be making enough to do better by their customers.

Great selection of glass. Prices were astonishingly low. Got a really nice super thick bong and 3 accessories, the nicest torch I've ever seen, a can of butane and the total was only 126$. The bong alone in Atlanta would have been 200+.

Shameful customer experience. Went in and spent 45 minutes explaining what I was looking for, got sold a device that I was assured would work to replace the MTL pod system I already had, but was in for a rude awakening. Not only do the .15 and .3 ohm coils not work for salt nic, it's downright dangerous and this setup can lead to nicotine poisoning.
I called and explained, and was told to come in so they could make it right. However, when I went in, I was told that they wouldn't help and that they wouldn't even refund the unopened coils and that I would have to come back another day and talk to a manager, but they couldn't confirm what day or time an actual manager would be in. My girlfriend and I are first responders and spend an average of $200 a month here. No longer. These guys want to lose customers over a $65 mistake on their part.
