Just got two disposables from here, a mango puff bar and a tropical hype bar. Tried both at the counter and both were nasty and seemed old, but I wasn't allowed an exchange. Lady working behind the counter was not friendly either, waited for two minutes before she came out to help me. I don't know about their mods or juices, but if you're looking for a dispo I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been having problems with bad vape - seems like everything on the NW side of town is horrible, this place tastes very good with all of the flavors I have tried and they have had my needed coils every time so far. 5 stars, thank you for being better than the other guys because there would be no where to go without you.

Love this place. Was introduced by my sister in law and her husband. I will not go anywhere else. Prices are a little high but it is so worth it to me. I absolutely love the flavors that they have. My favorite is the honey pear.

Best juices & flavor I've tasted anywhere within the city that I've visited in the past! Extremely smooth & flavorful & the staff is great, unlike some distasteful experiences I've had to go through at other vape shops. Love the great deals & recommend to anyone who hasn't had the opportunity yet to visit this AWESOME vape shop! Never going anywhere else, keep up the great work & thanks for the gloves and masks you provide for your customers.

I went here to purchase a $15 e-cigarette. They charged me 111.40 " accidentally" and said they refunded it the refund will be back in my account immediately. I waited a little while looked in my account it was not refunded immediately. I called my bank and there was no pending credit from them so I reported it fraudulent to my bank. This pretty much wiped my account out. I called them to inform them of this and they told me they're not going to do anything. I strongly suggest finding a different vape shop.

Came in to buy two mods for the wife and I. We met sparky and what an awesome dude. I know buying online is always cheaper but he made it worth while to buy from him. I had an issue with my mod and went in the next day and sparky once again, did right by me. The juices are excellent with a wide variety of flavors. However, I'm a firm believer in customer service and that will always make me a loyal customer.

Awesome staff, very helpful. Great prices on everything from juices to mods. I'm there about once a week to get juice and everything is consistent. The Rewards program they have using FiveStars is awesome, too! Definitely my go-to vape shop.

I like coming to sparkys. It's close, there's a good selection of juices and usually I have great experience especially when the guy is working but whenever I come in and the lady with the blonde/white is working I always feel like just leaving and coming back at a different time. She's rude, unfriendly and very standoff ish. I feel like if I'm asking her a question she gets annoyed.. if she doesn't feel like helping then customer service shouldn't be her job. It's not the first time it's everytime. I hate leaving reviews like this but she needs an attitude adjustment when she's working with people.

They were open! My usual place closes early on Sundays, but I'd burnt out my coil, and needed new juice.
I was amazed at the selection they have here at Sparky's. There's more mods and batteries and then I've seen anywhere else - and they were happy to mix a flavor just for me. They're clearly knowledgeable, and got me a replacement coil better than the one I'd been using.
This place is out of my way, but... I'm coming back for sure, I think it'll be worth it.

Love this Vape shop! The woman working there almost every time I've stopped has gone above and beyond to help. It has been the only place, within a reasonable distance, that has replacement glass for my tank. I break mine way too often but that's another story! Sparky's can be a bit hard to find in that parking lot but worth the effort. The store is clean, well lit, and comfortable. It has a huge selection of mods/accessories and knowledgeable people to help you learn or decide. The customer service makes it a gem, enjoy!
