I frequent this store for my kratom. Best prices in town by far for that, both for powder and capsules. Better quality than quite a few online retailers. Always friendly when I come in. Owner seems like a stand up kinda guy.

I went in to purchase a 2nd Novo 4 (my current one has lasted me 6 months+ so I was getting a backup just in case). I was talked into the Novo X told that it was better (which is wrong)... Start using it, battery drains extremely fast, fires when held upside down, it's spitting etc. so I stop using it and I go in the following weekend to see what they can do. Was told the owner can do something but I would have to speak with him. I call and talk to him on the phone today and he says he "doesn't like talking on the phone but to come in and he will make it right". I go in and am told that even with using my phone number to look up the purchase he cannot do anything besides offer a discount on another device (I have never been given a receipt on any purchase from this location, only sign the receipt upon purchase and give back). I drove round trip 40 miles, twice, to be met with "I can't send it back to the distributor, what about my money?, what if you dropped it"... This thing is brand new, I stopped using it immediately and put in back in the box when I knew it was defective and have everything that came with it. EXTREMELY poor customer service from the owner. I highly recommend you drive the extra block West to GK's.

This place is awesome they have a lot of knowledge about everything they sell in the store. They help you in a timely manner even when you're in a rush. Also the staff is amazing very friendly very chill vibe.

The guys in there are very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly. Came in there after having a bad experience at M&I and left very happy with a really nice bong! They hooked me up with a nice deal too. My new go to shop.

The owner of this place is a threatening and non customer focused person. Yesterday I bought a 2500 cool mint vape, 15 minutes later, it stopped working so I went to return as I live down the street. When I tried to exchange, the owner told me no and I need to pay 20 more dollars. I expressed my frustration as a loyal customer, and the owners response was to pull a 22 caliber pistol on me. He then wanted to fight me so I left. The police were called and recommended staying away as this is not the first time this has happened in his shop. I have no reason to lie about this and am upset I lost my nearby smoke shop. Please be careful when going here, as I never expected to be a customer and have a pistol pulled on me.

More of a vape and head shop, less about cigars. Although the humidor was well humidified when I walked in, at some point, they let the humidifier run out of water for enough time to let all of the cigars dry out. All four of the cigars I purchased there were not smokeable... Rolling up some yardwork would have tasted about the same. They need to dump all their current stock and replace it.

It is not worth my drive anymore. They are never open during the hours posted, today the sign said they would open at 11am and still not open at 2pm. Seems to be a regular occurrence, 40% of the time when I am there during their posted hours they are closed, easier to just try another shop that is more reliable.
