I found the staff here to be a bit condescending. I was a 1st time vape buyer with a lot if questions. Had recommendations from a friend on what i should look for, which i was told "we also know a lot about vaping" while i don't doubt that, i didn't feel like my best interest were considered, only what i should buy that might work. Luckily i found another store that was willing to take the time to educate me, i left a happy and returning customer of Valor Vape.
