I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Great customer service, and amazing hour. I appreciate that the employees are always honest about the flavors of the vapes. Obviously if you wait a week to let them know a vape tastes burnt, they can’t just give you a different one for free….however, the 2 rare times that there was an issue with the vape, I was able to bring it back within 24 hours to swap out for another one of the same brand and same flavor. They don’t accept tips at this location so I think it’s important to remember to leave reviews of positive experiences :)

So yesterday was my first time coming to this Cloud stingers. I stopped in to buy a tfv18 tank but after getting some really good advice from Kaylee I decided to spend just a bit more money and get a valaryain 2 pro and I'm soooo glad I did. Not only did she give me great advice on tanks but I picked up some super yummy house juices. The house juices are great tasting and a heck of a deal especially cause my tank really drinks up juice. Jesse pinkman and Walter white were the two I went with and then after spending a hundred dollars I was able to spin their deal wheel and I managed to score a third 120ml bottle of juice for just 6 dollars. I left yesterday feeling like I got great service and a great deal. Thanks Kaylee and Cloud stingers I'm a regular customer from now on.

Just a shout out to the lovely Raquel. Every time I come in she knows what I want and is always so sweet. Their is a gentleman she works with who his name escapes me works with her and Kevin, has great customer service and the two of them makes my experience great every time they wait on me.

In town visiting family, stopped here cause it’s right down the street, and the manager mesha, was so helpful, sweet and made my shopping experience amazing! Will recommend this shop to everyone I know!
Also I read the review below, anyone whose been vaping disposables knows they last about a week and a week is a long time for a Hyde lol. Not a good reason for a bad review :)

Bought juice and a vape, the employee had not worked there long and seemed new which isn’t her fault. She didn’t tell me the strength of the product and I noticed right after I paid, while still in the store I just wanted to get the right strength and some other extremely rude girl says “no returns or exchanges” even though I hadn’t even left the store yet. She said that’s their policy and weren’t willing to do anything to fix THEIR mistake of not telling customers what they’re buying. I won’t ever be returning which is sad because I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store and would have continued to do so.
