Zong is a staple for me among smoke shops in Phoenix. They recently started carrying a new line called EvoBar with a lot of the same flavors as the ELF bars but with an upgraded coil and the flavors are better tasting. You can definitely tell the difference, it improves the smoke/hit quality, taste, and the longevity of the unit.
Tonight Dante helped me with my Rainbow Candy Evo Bar, she was great and im hooked on these because of her recommendation. The EvoBars are fantastic and so far Zong is the only one carrying them. I put my stamp of approval on them, thank you guys! I'll definitely be back

This place didn't have to much but what if did have pretty cool it was over pricey for my taste but I loved the black light art work and the cool posters they had not my go to I'd go to Sunnyside whoa just a few miles away from here but the girl that helped me and my friend was really sweet and patient even though she didn't know what we were talking about or asking for or any of the items prices for things that were there at the store she was really sweet and patient and definitely deserves a shout out considering it was her first day at that location

UPDATE: I was near there again the other day and the person that helped me then was charming and personable funny even. I'm pleased to have not been discriminated against as does happen (some smoke shops think that class comes from which chemicals you imbibe and they're in the wrong business and the wrong city).

No idea there was a young girl walking the door over an hour early when I walked up so I didn't push her or question her or challenge her so maybe there's a good reason I can't fathom what it could possibly be but maybe but I don't live over here if I happen to be in the neighborhood again it happened to be in need of your services I'll probably give you another shot I'm a nice guy and forgiving too but for the purposes of tonight it's not a very good first impression

I went in today for some PackWraps. I expressed to the sales girl, Molly, that I had been having a pretty stressful day and she was so kind with genuine concern. 10/10 customer service experience, she was so helpful!

It’s great Zong has a new location in Phoenix now. Picked this up tonight and the customer service was awesome, Jonah treated us like fam. Great price too!
Definitely stop in if you’re looking for high quality, Arizona made glass.

Just checked it out for the first time and was not disappointed! Pretty extensive disposable vape selection(not ones you see everyday). But the glass selections blew me away ! The young man that helped me was very helpful and friendly . I recommend checking in out atleast once! They are still a very new location , but the owner is a pretty cool cat and invited feedback.

BEWARE!!!!!! I went in to buy a new vape. The girl that helped was not so helpful. She showed me the vapes and I told her what I was looking for, a vape that allowed at least 50 watts. She showed me some vapes but didn't know a whole lot about them. I decided to purchase one of the vapes she showed me for $45.00. I left and returned 10 minutes later and told the girl at the front that I wanted to exchange the vape I had just bought, it hadn't even been opened, because it was only 25 watts. She very quickly and rudely told me that there are no exchanges. I told her I had just bought it 10 minutes prior and hadn't even opened it. She showed me the "no exchange" signs and said if I wanted to wait for the girl who had sold it to me, I could. She had stepped out for dinner. But their policy is strict.
I ended up going down to Sunny Side Vape on 23rd st and Indian School and received exceptional customer service and paid MUCH less!!! Bought a vape and they told me, if I wasn't happy, I definitely could exchange it.
With all of the vape stores in this location, you would think customer service would be a focus.
I guess their markup is so high that customer service doesn't matter!
