I decided to check this place out today for the first time since it was in the same complex as my reptile/exotics shop, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the welcoming friendliness and great customer service, the choice of beautiful glassware and fair prices. I left with more than I intended to, but very happy about it. I’ll definitely be returning.

This was the first shop I went to after moving to Phoenix this summer. Alex (the owner) and Joe (employee) were the KINDEST and MOST HELPFUL people I've met in this city. Alex will go out of his way to be kind and sweet to us, even if we don't buy anything.
This is the ONLY place I would recommend going to. Give these kind people your money!!

This is by far my favorite smoke shop I've been to by my house! The prices were great. One day I walked in for one small thing and ended up getting a huge bong, a whole hookah set up, and a few pipes for a really awesome price! It's dangerous to take me in here because they have so many beautiful pieces as well.

By looking at some reviews , I am baffled...if a piece had a bubble in it, Alex would absolutely return. Also, not friendly, attitude? They are some of the friendliest most helpful staff of anywhere I have been period. Their prices are also untouchable making it impossible not to keep constantly returning. The occasional discount I have gotten for being a frequent customer is shocking and I would not get it anywhere else, so I want to thank you for that as well. If you are going to post a bad review, please don’t ruin this companies online reputation because of spite, those reviews are false and clearly something else offended those people because it is nothing but friendly at the Joint.

The guy who runs the place is really cool. His prices are very fair. He has a great selection of glassware not to mention silicon pieces. The better choice if your a clumsy guy such as myself. Plenty of accessories for all your smoking needs. My new favorite smoke shop. 💯
