Great customer service, transparent with prices and how they compare, always good suggestions and tends to throw in some spectacular freebies from time to time. So much variety in everything you could need if it’s tobacco, nicotine, or green, they got you. New favorite local place ☺️

The Owner Mo was extremely friendly, made good conversation with me and was super helpful. I have been to several smoke shops around The Valley. None of them had what I needed, couldn’t help me or were just not very friendly at all. But Mo had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop. Mo greeted me when I walked in, listened to what I wanted and helped me find my new vape that i love, he was very kind and even offered me a discount. He’s got a large variety of so many different items to choose from at a smoke shop. Mo’s shop is very clean and organized which I love. He even offered me a free water on my way out the door. It’s even in the same parking lot by a Starbucks which is dope. Cream smoke and vape shop is my new favorite smoke shop 100%. 🖤🫶🏻🖤
