Friendly and helpful enough service. But when I asked for a few specific things, I got a "deer in the headlights look and I found their lack of glass components and adapters very lacking.

Has REAL American made heady glass not Chinese mass produced crap that's marked up 600% like a lot of their competitors. Great customer service, friendly followed through with a give away. Has cheaper prices on disposable glass. I'll be going out of my way to skip your competition to go to you guys for all my medical devices and tools and what not.
