The best little headshop in Maricopa. So what if its the only the only one too?

Its a great place. Sometimes it can feel a little sketchy, but in an endearing, eccentric-aunt-and-uncle way. Their employee turnaround rate is pretty high, and some of their products can feel like a blind jump on faith due to lack of information. That said, I'm rarely disappointed in any of my purchases there.

The only real unfortunate thing though, is the fact that they're the only tobacco and glassware store in town. This means they have no real local competition (excluding the vape and e-cig side of things) and by extension, they don't seem to have much drive for improvement. Quality and customer service have been at a pretty steady plateau in the 4 years I've been shopping here. It's never been bad, but never spectacular either. Just a constant, slightly above average retailer.

I've added another star to my previous review as things have improved quite a bit. Prices have risen since old manager left. I have two smoke shops I'm now going to whenever I'm in Chandler because they are much cheaper on bulk tobacco and tubes. I still go to smokers edge but not nearly as often now. Getting much better.

Super friendly, helpful, patient employees; the owner is very nice as well. Thanks guys for continuing to provide 5/5 star service on my visits for the dozens of times I've come in :)

Great find! Forgot my juice at home 3 hours away and found this shop in Maricopa. Great place, great staff, very good selection! The two gentlemen there today were extremely helpful and friendly. Will go back definitely when I am up this way again.

Quite overpriced but okay selection. I found the coils i was looling for here for $4.99 each. Then i found them just down the road for $2.25. They probably could have sold me another vape but didnt even try, so i passed on the 2.25 coils at the other place and they sold me a new system. All i can say is last time was a better experience so i stopped in here first buy i probably wont unless they are all that is open.

Huge selection available, many high quality pieces and equipment in every price range. Great atmosphere and a clean business transactions. The employees are a little brusque but they're knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection of juice and employees are always super helpful. I’m still pretty new at vaping and not familiar with a lot of the terms and different types of juice and they always pick one for me. Glad to have found a good shop close to my new home. Went back a second time because I was having issues with my vape (issues that were caused by me not knowing how to clean device properly) and the guy who helped me was so kind and he fixed it for free. I ended up wanting to try a new device to see if maybe I can find one that works better for me and he suggest the Smok Novo 2 and it is perfect! Exactly what I wanted and the price was great. Again, this shop is awesome and I will for sure be back again. Make sure to tip these guys for keeping this place open for us and operating safely during this weird time.

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. The guy that helped me was super friendly and knowledgable. My favorite part? Getting a free bottle of juice with the purchase of my new vape. Great customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because both of the colors I wanted weren't in stock. I will be back. I saw multiple items that I can't wait to buy! Thanks again!

Complete waste of money and time. They never heard of starbuz until I requested a case; made me wait a week. When I came in, they sold the requested product to someone else, and then proceeded to ignore me.... Also, they sold me an opened product with missing juul pods? What the heck? I'd rather drive 30 min out of the way then shop there again. Oh, and no masks for the employees to keep customers safe?... For real? .... STAY AWAY

The lady who runs this place is wonderful! Knowledgeable, and very kind! I was having a rough day and just needed a new battery, I picked the wrong one and she exchanged it with a smile! Will definitely be back!
