Every single time that I buy a vape here it is a dead. Either it's dead and no smoke comes out or there's absolutely no flavor. The people who work here are the rudest that I have ever had to deal with, especially in a smoke shop. do not shop here! They will sell you faulty products and then refuse to exchange them or give you your money back. They do this on purpose. They know for a fact that their products are mostly duds but they sell them to you anyways and then refuse to give you a working one.

They tell you you don’t need a receipt at the time of purchase. After two days with a new device the battery was expanded to the point of being dangerous. After returning to exchange it I was informed they could do nothing. I needed to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer and sis I need the receipt which Anthem Vape will not provide. Do not do business with them

horrible customer service. the employees were sarcastic, moody, and frankly severely rude. rolled their eyes after I asked to see a certain product, like it was a chore to service me as a customer. absolutely will not be returning whatsoever.

I thought this shop was great, finally something in anthem for those if us out here. First couple of visits were great then I bought a cigarette machine that I knew how to use. I took it back explained it was not making the cigarettes right, had too many problems with them. Needless to say they were not helpful at all, pretty much said I didn't know what I was doing, that the machine worked fine. I definitely won't be going back to them & probably not any of my friends either once I spread the word.

Decent assortment of vape pens with a big selection of e-liquid. They do not make their own liquid if that's what you're looking for but I don't think you will be let down by their wide variety. Offer a good amount of smoking supplies. The staff has always been great and friendly. I have been here over 20 times and drive out of my way to come here because of the relationship I have formed with them.
