LOVE shopping here! Easily one of the biggest and best selections of e-juice brands & flavors, coupled with massive selection of mods, tanks, and accessories. Excellent customer service with a great environment. You could easily plop down on one of their plush couches and find yourself enthralled in some amazing conversation. Cloud 9 is everything a vape shop SHOULD BE.

Came here from outta town didnt bring my ecig with me had great service. Bought the wrong coils by mistake because i didnt have my ecig. Came back the next night to swap out for the right coils...again great service he swapped me out right away without asking any questions. Wasnt in the store no longer than 45 seconds. Ill be back if im ever back in alabama wont even try anywhere else!!

The employees are very friendly, helpful and, knowledgeable of the products they carry, which they carry a lot btw. I bought 2 new vape pens and juice to go in it. I spent right under $100 but the downside was when I got home and my friend and I started filling our pens up, the juice ran all out of the pen. They made it good though on one anyway. I still haven't taken mine back yet. A part inside the pen was no good so they replaced it. But I wasted half a bottle of juice I had just paid $25 for. They'll assemble everything for you, don't worry. I just didn't have time, I was on my lunch break. But overall a really good vape shop. I definitely recommend.
