This shop used to be amazing.. it was my go-to vape product location… and then new ownership came into play… ever since I have genuinely HATED every experience I have had there. Andrew is literally the only employee that treats customers with respect.. and the the guy with the long red hair that works the counter regularly is one of the rudest most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in ANY type of business. The previous owners ordered a specific e-juice just for me because no one else stocked it.. well at some point the new owners “forgot” to order it, and after actual 8 MONTHS of being told “It’s on our list but I’m not sure when it will come in”, I was finally told today that they have no intention of reordering it because “It doesn’t sell well”… you DON’T SAY!! A product you can’t ever seem to keep in STOCK doesn’t sell well?! What a shocker!! I’ve told them on 20 occasions that I’ll buy as much as you can get me, but then THAT is the excuse I get… unbelievable. Oh I forgot to mention that I have ALWAYS been able to get this particular juice CHEAPER ONLINE, hut I -PREFER- to support and patronize my local businesses…never again. As an addendum, I really hope whatever bad man hurt the poor baby with the red hair gets just punishment for turning that guy into such a complete DOOSH.

Best selection of any vape shop in Mobile county. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is nice and calm. They have a great rewards programs as well. I have been to many vape shops in many different states and in my opinion, Parlor is best by far.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It has great vibe when you walk in the door and the employees will help you with anything! Katelyn is the owner and she's a beautiful person! Tyler, Alfredo and Andrew, the employees, are awesome! They are NEVER rude and you can literally hold a conversation with them for hours! I seriously recommend this place to everyone I know who vapes! They also carry CBD!!

Typical vape store staff. Not very helpful and very smug/conceited. I have a very common Sense Herakles tanks and they do not carry coils for such a popular product. The only good thing I can say is they have a decent selection of juices with some being fairly priced. Take your business elsewhere for a better experience.

Very best customer service I've ever experienced. Knowledgeable staff know all the brands from juice to tanks to mods and their recommendations are on point. I left there very happy with my purchase. They ship too! I live 45+ miles away in Fairhope and my local shops don't carry the brand of juice I prefer. The ability to order and have it shipped to me is a huge bonus! Parlor Vapes will definitely be getting my business.

The shop is very warm and inviting. We always get the best service when we go in. Katelin is great! Love having a female to go to when I want a new flavor! They have top line product and they are honest about what you should and should not use in your mod. They really try to get on your level to find out what your likes and dislikes are when it comes to juice. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've only been there once, and that will most likely be the only time I'll be there, but I was very impressed. This shop has been there for a few years, with the business excisting a few years before that. Very warm, chill environment. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. My only gripe is a slight under stocking issue. Apart from that; perfect. Wish we had you guys in Daytona. Keep it up!

Very knowledgeable about their products. Have an excellent variety of flavors. They also have disposable drip tips (mouth pieces) so you can try the different flavors. Also, they are good about being able to suggest which nicotine strength you should get based on how much you smoke on a daily basis. They have multiple replacement coils in shop for a variety of brands of different ohm's, etc. Prices are really good. I highly recommend going here for all of your vaping needs.

After being told yesterday that my juice was out i stopped back by today for some batteries and talked to Andrew and he was able to find the juice. Yaaayyy( guess the new manager/part time guy didn't know were to find it or just didn't want to check) I've been meaning to leave a review for a while and as long as Andrew is there this place will be the best place to shop with thanks to his customer service/ knowledge.
