Smokers Genie/ Snack Shop

Let me start with saying that there has not been one single time that I have walked in this store and been treated like family! They have amazing customer service, they do not mind if you have questions about products or their specials. Ollie and Ana, the managers, are wonderful people! My husband and I have been repeat customers since day one of coming to their store because of how welcoming they are and how well stocked the store is!

Great selection and nice people that work there! It's a bonus that it's close to my house too!

The staff is always very helpful. They have a very large selection of vape supplies, torches, pipes, bongs, cigars, and probably the largest vape liquid selection in this area. Prices are not bad either. Sign up for their coupon program, you won't regret it. I get coupons for 50% off my entire purchase at least once a quarter.

My worst experience tonight. The girl was absolutely unhelpful and rude. I ended up not buying anything and will not be back as long as she is behind the counter . She did not give me the 50%off discount like every other employee and then rushed me out saying they have a time limit for customers yet she saw me trying to find vape juice in their tub of hundreds of random juices. I was in there 10 min and left with nothing and went to vapor magic down the road and got twice what I was going to get in smokers genie for the same price she was charging me. She was absolutely rude and not helpful in the least.

This place is my favorite vape shop. They have like everything and their prices are so good! The owner is so friendly! The workers are super knowledgeable, they can tell you about anything in there. Love this shop.

If you don't give this shop a 5 star review then you have alterior motives. I went in and had all my questions answered. I really felt like I was their favorite customer and had been coming here for years. I just moved here from Kansas City. I always heard about southern hospitality. This place proves it.

I had the pleasure of finding this shop near my fiancee's home and I couldn't have been happier. They've got everything for your hookah needs. Plenty of variety for flavors and most of all great customer service.

It's local and family owned, the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. No need to drive downtown, they have everything you need.

Love the incense they have!! 20 or more different kinds... Also the Kang Vape(3000puffs) cotton candy is a must try if you like something with a hint of sweetness... Seriously, you will not be disappointed!!

I stopped by on July 26 (Sunday) at 8:45pm. The man and woman working that night were so cool - they were both very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. I didn't catch their names but I'm assuming that the lady's name is Chelsea as this was the only name on my receipt. It was my friend's birthday.. he's a pipe tobacco smoker and he'd been saying that he needed a new tobacco pipe for weeks, so there I was, in Smokers Genie at [almost] closing time on Saturday night.. in search of the perfect gift for the Birthday Boy. I knew what he wanted but I wasn't exactly sure about what kind to get because they had what seemed like hundreds!! The gentleman asked me a few questions then helped me pick out the perfect tobacco pipe for my friend, which he LOVED!! With its large selection of unique products at very affordable prices, Smokers Genie is a win-win for cigar and pipe smokers.
