Guy was excellent in customer service and fixing my phone in between customers he was great all around! His attitude and friendliness along with excellent customer skills makes for a new customer as he also sold me my first ORION DNA POD MOD!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my whole experience at Pharaoh!! Thanks GUY!!

They told me to bring my phone there Tuesday to fix my cracked screen. After paying them money I returned Tuesday for them to tell me to come back Wednesday because the part didnt come in the mail. I brought it back Wednesday and dropped it off to be fixed. I came to pick it up 2 hours later (told me it would only take 15 mins) and they said to come back in 30 mins. I came back in 30 mins and the lady who was working on my phone was at the store buying a tool to put it back together and said it would be ready at 5. (It was 3)At this point I was really mad and asked for a refund. They gave me my refund but had to put a black back on my blue phone because they broke the back. So now my phone is worse off then what it was. The screen is still cracked , the sides of my phone are blue and the back of it is black. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

Great service and staff was very helpful ,good selection and prices they have a huge selection of everything you need or could think of definitely a repeat customer now Been a reapeat customer each time we go always a great experience thank you trinity for takin the time to really go over each product and very knowledgeable about the stuff its made me more comfortable with buying multiple new never before had items directly from phahoah!

Amazing customer service , the guys in there are very informative and also make great connections with you! They didn’t have the juice I wanted in stock because it sold out quick and as soon as they got it in they called me to let me know ! Great great environment too! I recommend this place definitly!
