I ) only recently have ventured into the world of CBD and human health. We are lucky to have such gifts from God now allowed by our peers! But I digress! Kimberly, the manager, always greets me with the friendliest of professional smiles and conversation. She knows everything about each product in the store so if you're lucky, to be iher customer when you go in then you're in good hands. It's not to that the other employees aren't knowledgeable, because they are equally as knowledgeable and friendly, so you cant be steered wrong. I have looked at other places of course to compare, and to be honest I couldn't detract anything from any of them, but with that said, there are qualities about Dothan CBD & Vape that make it a different kind of wellness store. The location is perfect, I mean is in fact so perfect that there are to many great things to write about, and that would bore you, but a couple points any way. 1. Its next to a Laundry facility that offers $1.00 ATM transactions ($200 limit per transaction), and a recording Studio, 2. Restaurants, fuel, and easy acces on Ross Clark circle. I've nort began to elaborate on the variety of products inside the store. So, Go visit. What do you have to lose?

I needed replacement glass for one that I had broken, Kimberly went out of her way to help me get what I needed since many of the other replacement glass tanks were coming up short. The shop setup and selection was very nice and it's nice to know that when I'm in town there's a vaoe shop that I can trust and find a good selection of liquid and helpful service all in one place.

The employee was directly honest about her experience with the products as well as the best value for the customer. Also, the prices were DRAMATICALLY lower than the options in Ozark! Highly recommend this shop for all vape/CBD/Delta options as well as HHC. 👍

Since this place opened I have always went out of my way past many other vape stores to go here.. And this last experience explains “WHY” !! I had went in like 3 sundays ago to purchase like 33.00 bucks worth of coils and juice for my vape then had to leave town well like 4 days into my trip I called spoke with Devon (manager) whom I hadn’t never met yet told her that I was there and what I purchased with Elizabeth a 3- pack of coils , little did she or I look into the small box to be sure they were all there.. Well NO they weren’t it was missing 2 out of 3 , so I called Devon explained to her I wouldn’t be back for a few days to town and she said no problem just stop back in; we’ll I did and she without hesitation replaced the missing coils and smiled and said thank you.. She is a soldier she could had questioned “Did I have a reciept” or fought me on the fact was I lying 🤥 No she simply replaced the missing coils and of course I purchased more juice while I wasn’t there … THANKS DEVON & ELIZABETH for taking care of me !! You “ROCK”

Best prices in Dothan for vape juice and coils. All the popular brands. I love my regular vape store. But with prices going up on everything....I can't afford not to shop here!

Took my wife here so she could buy a vape pen without nicotine. Tyler was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store.

I bought a vape pen from there this afternoon. Finally got around to trying to fire it up this evening and it's not working. Brand new in the package. I went back to find out if I was doing something wrong or get it exchanged. All I got was I'm sorry and tried to charge me for a new pen. Really. I guess that's a good way to make money short term selling people defective counterfeit products and charge them again for a replacement when they complain. A sound business model if I ever heard one. I would avoid this place like the plague unless you just have money laying around to give away.

The new manager Kelly is quite racist and quite belittling. They did have a nice lady that worked there in the mornings, but if anyone else helps you they are quite rude and not knowledgeable about their products. Also, they don’t carry everything you need for hookahs (no extra tubes, no coals, no tobacco products for the hookah, etc.). This store was not set up properly for hookah sales. Also they do not offer refunds or exchanges and carry low quality vape products. I have also heard that they’ve been broken into a few times which is quite concerning. They won’t be getting any of my business ever again! I suggest going to Deep South Vapors instead, their selection is amazing and staff quite professional and knowledgeable.
