This is the second time I had issues with points. I spent 180 bucks here on avape so I should have more than the original 5 dollars right? No. The lady who rung me up failed to input my phone number so there's goes my "promised" rewards. I do not advise anyone to shop here. Like I said this is the second time I got jugged for my rewards. When I said I would do business elsewhere because of in not getting points im not gonna shop. This the sevond time mind you this happened. Anyway when i said thay he got mad aggressive and was throwing profanity around. Idc what the issue is you donnt get aggressive and cuss out customers. So I will not be back and advise you guys not to as well. The attalla vapor uses a physical cards to keep track which seems to be more reliable than a person inputting your info.
EDIT: Since Pharoa employees travel to different stores idek if you should visit the other locations. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
EDIT: Back in March I actually spent 300 here and still haven't seen the points due to employees not typing in my information when I give it to them.
