Lots of options, neat and tidy store, but the staff I've encountered in the past haven't been very friendly, welcoming, or helpful.
Green-haired new girl that was there on the 15th of June 2021 was absolutely phenomenal. Very helpful and inviting, charming character. Sorry I didn't catch/remember your name !! Thank you for being the first and only person working here (that I have encountered) who actually took the time to make me feel more knowledgeable and welcome than when I had arrived 🌸

I just found out how products are selling CBD cigarettes vance global go for $12.99 n they are selling it for $20 thats F Up man! . People look it up if they do this that means you paying up to much for yor glass and there products and CBD!

Sold me e juice nearly 2 years past the expiration printed on the bottle at full price (i.e. the product has degraded). Didn’t think to check it in store before buying it, nor did they tell me. Wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. Brought it back, wouldn’t offer any sort of compensation. You guys could at least put that stuff on clearance. Won’t be shopping here again.

This is a local business I do not recommend supporting. I have waited patiently for over 3 weeks on a replacement tank for my mod. The owner lied about when the replacements would arrive and has crazy policies. The Glass Station and their sister store on Plover Road both are not worth your time in my opinion. Order online, you can get everything you need faster and cheaper

I really enjoyed my experience at the shop. The glass ware had a decent selection and plenty of papers and wraps to choose from. Some cool novelty items like the smoke a bowl coffee cups, tie dye t's, candles/incense, and black light tapestries. Pretty standard smoke shop pricing imo. Of course there's a mark up, it's a business. Guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. All in all best shop experience I've had in a grip minute. Next time I come to Point and need something this will be my stop.

A second chance? Yes, because I believe in them. But my first time in the store was meet with poor customer service. No receipt which yes, I could've asked for one but I saw it print and the guy just threw it out. Then my batt goes bad within 2 weeks. Not really impressed. New stores like this one are popping up everyday. They stand out, but for the wrong reasons. I'm going to go back also because they are small town local. And i support that but I don't waste my cash so...

Customer service sucks! The guy that was working did not acknowledge or look at me. He sold me CBD oil that contains propylene glycol and says it's good to ingest and will not return even though it is not opened. And never gave me a receipt. Other better smoke shops around!
