I had a glass mishap while I was out of town. I stopped in here an John helped me find a setup that would work with my vape. Went out of his way to help and was very nice. Man needs a raise. Good selection here and at good prices.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & 9 times out of 10 if you want a juice & they don't have it, they will order for you if possible.

10/10 highly recommend

My mod recently died when I was on vacation and I went to capital city vapes because of the good reviews. Shop had a fair selection of mods and the owner was very knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and I was really happy with my choice, the aegis pod system from geek vapes, since I already had batteries and a charger. I’ve been Vaping for more than 10 years and this is a real vape shop not some cigarettes store that just sells disposable devices. If your looking for a great vape shop this is the place.

I just got off a fifteen hour work day and went in not looking to hot and still had great service. Went in looking for an alternative to disposable vape pens with complete ignorance. The cat that helped me out was very helpful in his recommendations, taking into consideration that I’m trying to cut back on cigs and having been using puff bars. Was very helpful in getting me set up and even gave me a break. Dude, even read off flavors since I forgot my glasses at home. Chill vibes. Just needs some tunes, man.

My husband and I decided to start vaping to kick the cigarette habit. We went to this location to get our first e-liquids. We told the guy that was working that we were new to vaping and had no idea what flavors we wanted. He didn't help us at all, he just set there looking at us. I told him I didnt know what to choose. I couldn't see the labels because the bottles were to far away, still he just set there! He didn't bring any bottles to the counter were we could read the labels. He could have atleast read the flavors to us so we could pick some. He just sat there. We eventually just picked a few bottles and left. He was not helpful at all!! I had $250 to spend on vape flavors. If he would have been more helpful, we would have spent it all there. I hope the next customer that goes in that place has better customer service but I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Their customer service is unparalleled. That is most likely my favorite part about this store. Every employee at Cap City has deep product knowledge and they are extremely friendly every time I go there. It never varies. However, the selection of products and variety of different juices, in my opinion, sets it apart from it's competitors. Great customer service, product variety, and employee knowledge regarding those products makes it so much easier to shop. Personally, I always feel so at ease and comfortable shopping at Cap City and I will continue to. Great store!!!

I went to the place, knowing very little about vapes. Cameron was awesome in helping me pick everything I needed to get started. I really like the liquids he chose, too. Wonderful, clean store with very helpful staff. I definitely recommend this place!

I was in the shop recently and the two guys working were so helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new vape that I am very pleased with. All around cool store with great customer service associates. I will definitely be going back.
