Usually a good place but on 10-08-2022 when an employee locks up before 7 leaves a note be back in 20 went to get food very unprofessional. Literally waited 20 mins with no show from employee… Not sure what company would condone this from an employee. Loss of sales due to unprepared employees would be a quick termination in my book. Sad when u came to cash out a $450 gravity pipe along with new banger papers and tips… Just cost the shop over $500

I’ve been going to this store for a while and it’s always been a great experience. I am writing this review because of the great experience I had with their employee, Matt. He was super friendly and greeted everyone that came in the door. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even threw away my packaging for me before I left. I would recommend anyone looking for smoking products to check out this store and hope you're lucky enough to see Matt working there.

MATT is amazing!! Was in last night and needed help getting a new vape so I can start lowering my nic. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Will be back for sure! Also there were like 6 people that walked in the store while he was helping me and he was so attentive to them while not making me feel rushed.

Been coming to planet smoke for probably 2 years now. It's a really great shop with cool employees and lots of cool glass and products to look at even though 90% of the time I'm just getting juice. They were very nice and exchanged a faulty vape for me today and the process was very seamless. I live right by a vape shop but I'll always drive then extra 10 minutes to give them my business!

Matt did an awesome job and PSV has some of the best selection and prices around. The stamp card system that results in free juice every few visits makes it even better and hard to justify going anywhere else.

When I walked in three other people walked in at the same time. Matt managed to help us all very swiftly. Also, when I got home and realized I had the wrong size bong stem, without hesitation he let me switch when I came back to the store. Very friendly!!!

The person at the front register refused to serve me and my girlfriend. I don’t wanna say it’s because of my color but he served 5 people that came after us and still didn’t get to us. Very disappointed with this shop because we drove out 2 hours to check it out. Highly recommend going to another place, would not get your hopes up.
