Vapor Lounge - South Hill

I kept taking chances on this store even though all their products are over priced, because they’re the only vape store on the south hill. This last year, I have gotten a bottle of juice that automatically burned my pods, but maybe it’s not their fault. I have gotten 5+ disposables, and since they didn’t have any of the top brand names, I asked for a recommendation. They pulled out a $25 disposable that literally made me gag when I tried it. I decided to go back and give it one last chance, but again, every single time I’ve been recommended something from this store, regardless of the product, employee, or price, it ends up tasting awful. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because the awfulness I’ve gone through has inspired me to quit vaping.

I was recommended by a friend to come check this place out because, of how knowledgeable the employees are about product. When I came in they had a sign with the employees on it and their favorite juices I thought that was pretty cool! A young lady greeted me when I came in and had such a positive attitude! One of the other employees helped me out though, “Calvin” I believe. He was amazing he listened very well to what I was looking for and was able to find exactly what I wanted! I even took one of his juice recommendations, which was amazing by the way! Just from those 2 employees I had interaction with, I will definitely keep me coming! Not to mention he even gave me a discount on my juice since I was getting a brand new mod.

Haley was awesome!! So professional and gave me advice from personal experience and really listened to my needs and applied her knowledge accordingly. Great experience especially for a first timer trying to quit cigarettes

Amazing store! Team was very nice and educated about their products! As soon as I walked in, it smelled really nice! And looked clean and professional :)

Justin was nice but he sold me the wrong coils I would have preferred a cash or card refund but they wouldn’t humor that. They gave me a vapor lounge card with the amount I paid on it. My only complaint is that Justin threw my coil away (the one I brought in for reference) without asking me. He sort of blamed it on me for not explicitly saying to not throw it away. I asked for a new coil because of his mistake which they didn’t have any in stock. (Which made it worse that he threw my old coil away) He said he’d throw in some v bucks to make up for it. Still not sure if I got those vbucks. I had to ask a lot of questions I feel they should have brought up. I probably won’t come back to this store since it wasn’t very professional. The cucumber watermelon juice was good though.

Great staff very knowledgeable of product's. Love the cold water it's refreshing especially if it's Lil busy and you've gotta wait. That does happen they get busy and depend on time of day you may wait for service but it's never really to long five minutes tops staff is always kicking but to get you helped ASAP

Ezequiel is absolutely amazing, the service I received was wonderful, and it is always a pleasure seeing him in your shop.

I’ve been a customer for quite a few years since I switched from smoking to vaping in 2017. I go to the south hill one but have been to the Shadle and Airway Heights many times too, and at each visit have always had excellent service from knowledgeable young people. The last time I went though became frustrating. I brought back the incorrect tank glass that my husband got for me, even though they supposedly looked it up because he didn’t know which to get. Regardless, when I tried to bring it back the new employee wouldn’t do it. She said she didn’t know if she could exchange it even though I had my receipt and it was even in the original blue bag. She said she didn’t know that if she could or how to even if she did know. I’d think these things should be known by a new employee that’s been left alone in the store to deal with customers. At least give them a person the can call to figure it out. It’s stupid and insignificant in the big scheme of things but frustrating coming from the only shop you use.
