I always drive out of my way to come here. Today April 4, we came at 8:10am. All the employees shook their head that they were closed. Google nor their website nor their new app indicated they would not open on time today at 8am. Inconsiderate of customers time.

I have been a loyal customer for almost two years, and loved when they had security there, it was nice to be somewhere I knew was safe. Last time I was there, a man got beaten up INSIDE the vape shop, there were no security guards, and the man left in an ambulance with a head injury. The owner just stood there and said 'take it outside', and stopped multiple people from stepping in to help. Every time I pass by I haven't seen the security guards, and I will not be shopping here anymore after how the situation was handled. This event was reported on FOX13 Seattle 1/11/23. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Try to teach your bud tenders to count out money. I accidentally gave one of your bud tenders $80 on a $55 purchase. I realized my mistake when I got home a noticed I had less cash than I should have. I took out $200 previously at the bank, and only had $125 in my wallet, I should’ve had $145. Terrible customer service skills, train them better, now I’m out $20 and your bud tender probably kept the $20 for herself. I’ll be going back to Danks now, thank you very much…

Unbelievable that you would not call 911 when a man who owed a business shop in the same plaza was being attacked (watch the full segment on Fox 13). The store told the man to “Take it outside” after running in the store for help shame on you! Definitely not going here at can’t support a business like this! I hope the man who asked for help recovers soon.
