Let me begin with this is not our normal smoke shop we were just in the area and needed to replace our vapes. I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews on any businesses but this place just really kind of ticked me off. Went in to look at their vape selection based off the reviews, which were good. One of the ones we bought didn't really work when my husband tried it out, right outside of the door it didn't really want to work. My husband went in to tell the cashier and ask for a replacement, as we can normally do that at our usual smoke shop if there is ever an issue. The owner who was sitting in his car watching my husband have a difficult time was called in to help, we instantly knew he was going to have an issue helping. He told my husband with an unprofessional tone "I'm only going to do this one time, don't expect us to do it again." The smoke shop we regularly go to stand by their products, if there's a problem with it they happily replace it. It seems this place didn't want to do that. It makes me think that the vape my husband bought had been sitting on the shelf for way too long that it lost its charge strength of flavor. Unfortunately the replacement had the same issue, we knew we had to cut our loss and walk out. I think he was not very happy having to replace it.

The people that work there are very nice! However the owner, it's not good to his employees. They need to have two people on at night especially when they close!! The owner is all about money and his product. For that reason, I don't frequent there, as much.

All the employees are super nice and helpful. Good prices for decent quality items. Decent selection with some real gems 💎 ! Honestly the only smoke shop I go to anymore. Good stuff. I would and DO recommend to people I personally know.

I have to downgrade my stars for this review review it is not due to the customer service because the employees are great. The problem is when the manager says they will keep an item in stock for you and then they never really order it. I went back the day they said they would have it in stock and it still was not ordered. To this day they still do not carry the item they said they would start carrying so that I would be able to buy it there because I told them it was hard to come by. The prices are great you can't beat them on vape juice.

Tiny hole-in-the-wall type shop but the clerk Abi is very personable and friendly and is very knowledgeable about all his products. Not to mention they have BY FAR the best prices around in just about everything they sell especially glassware and cigarettes. Cigarette prices almost rivaling those on the reservation. 10/10 place definitely recommend.

Cool shop. There's another shop much closer to where I live but I prefer Global Smoke over it 9/10 times. The deduction, 1/10 times, is for the rare occasion I choose to be lazy & opt for the other spot.

Great prices. Friendly staff with a lot of knowledge, product and willingness to get you what you need if they don't have it. It is always nice to actually he remembered when you walk into a place. Small and cozy. Excellent, clean place if you're in the federal way area.
