I bought a Trulybar bc5000 and it went out in 2 days. normally last a week. they said they couldnt do anything about it. last time I'll be buying from this store.

They had a great selection and the staff seemed knowledgeable but pretty much all the merchandise is in or behind cases and prices are not always visible. I need a vape battery and wasn't sure if it was going to be $10 or $30. I ended up getting it somewhere else.

I wasn’t a big fan of tobacco hut and vape until I went in and met Morgan, she knew everything I asked and more, I would always stock up when I went to Florida but now I can go in there and get my vape juice, she even introduced me to some new kinds, unlike when the other guys that worked there would just ignore you and was always on his phone, Morgan you have rocked it the last two times I’ve been in there, I see myself going in there a lot more now, thanks Morgan 😁

Nice selection of items. But the one thing I can tell that's going to get on my nerves is that the people working there like to hover when you're looking. Asking if I need help is one thing, but I don't need someone staring at me while I'm trying to shop and make up my mind.
