The staff here is incredible. They are so knowledgeable and extremely nice to me.
Prodigy helped me so much yesterday and I appreciated him being so patient with me and showing me how to work a new vape. He also took the time to explain the different vape juices and which flavors were his favorite. This is the only smoke shop I will go to!

My first time here and I loved it. The saleswoman(Madi) was super friendly and thoroughly helped me and explained things to me. She made it a pleasant experience and even helped me set the vape up because I was unsure how too.The inside was pleasing to the eyes, very colorful.And if you spend over $50 you can spin a wheel to get free stuff. Discount, items,etc. Will definitely be back and tell others about this place.

These guys are great and are really accommodating. I got a defective disposable vape and they immediately exchanged it for another one. The store atmosphere is fantastic and I would really recommend this place. They treat you right.

We came in for a random tube purchase and left super happy with the product we bought :) I’m picky and found cute little straight tube per their suggest within five min. Employees were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well! Great experience- we will def be returning customers.

My last visit to I Smoke Shop was almost two years ago. I decided to stop in for a visit and see what had changed since then. When I opened the door, it was like reuniting with family. Outstanding customer service begins with an outstanding smile. I truly believe that and I Smoke Shop never disappoints.
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Always choosing quality over quantity when selecting their stock and inventory. Each staff member cares about you and your experience. I never feel rushed. I never feel like they don't have time for my questions. The staff goes above and beyond, then pushes that limit!
