Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Bought my smok rpm160 here 2 months ago and havent touched a cigarette since. Went in today for new juice and Jenna was very patient and helpful. My forever shop in this area!!

I went and have no idea what I wanted…Hena-C showed Me different products… And when I picked out what I wanted he showed me how to use it. He wasn’t insistent on me purchasing the most expensive but what will work best for me. I will definitely be going back again

This has to be the best vape shop in Fredericksburg, their customer service and their passion for providing the best experience possible simply blow any other competitor out of the water. Case in point: I bought an expensive dab rig and had an issue when I took it home, I called the next day and was let known very politely that the owner would be available in the afternoon not only did the owner listen to what I had to say( and not immediately say no returns or refunds like you hear everywhere else in town), he actually gave me a credit for the product I had bought and even helped me upgrade to even better rig. If you're looking for quality and someone who actually cares about their company brand and reputation and your wallet visit i smoke shop you won't be disappointed.
