It was my first time going to the shop and I’ll say the experience was awesome! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The store was super neat and organized, prices for products are very reasonable because you definitely get what you pay for! They had plenty of helpful information and even tips that I hadn’t known about some of the pieces in store. I can definitely say I will be returning to their store and be a regular customer !

Seems like you can’t throw a rock without hitting a smoke shop these days. They’re everywhere and all pretty much the same. iSmoke stands apart from all of the others though. It’s a vibe thing for sure! Everything from the music playing when you walk in, to the most important part which is the staff. AJ is extremely helpful and takes customer service seriously. That’s something you honestly don’t see these days. He spent a good half hour cleaning my vaporizer and teaching me how to clean it. The place I got it from didn’t do any of that, and I had no idea of the inner workings prior to today. ;-)
Then there’s Jenna. She’s very friendly and hospitable (not to mention easy on the eyes 😉). Go in there if you’re in town, they’ll take good care of you, and you’ll leave feeling like it wasn’t just a money grab.
