House Of Hookahs Smoke Shop and Vape Shop West Jordan

I just went into the West Jordan shop this morning to buy some juice. Taylor helped me out and the service was friendly, fast and efficient. When it came time to pay for my juice, I realized I had left my debit card at home, so I was limited to the cash I had on me at the time. After raiding my car for loose change, I was still a little short. Instead of just telling me to come back when I had my debit card, Taylor actually used some money from his own tip jar to help me make up the difference. Taylor went way above and beyond what his job called for. Not only was he more friendly and more attentive than your average customer service employee, but he helped me out and made my day a lot easier at his own expense. After this experience, I will be going to this same HoH for all my future needs, and next time I will be sure to leave a nice big tip!

Owner contacted me after I emailed them. Explained the situation to me and was kind enough to replace my coil. I'm still disappointed with how things happened in the 1st place but the fact they made it right says a lot. I appreciate you and will continue to shop here for my vape needs.

Wouldn’t let me examine the product I wanted to buy. Only said I could “look”. I want to feel the weight of certain items and they refused to let me. I was planning on spending around 150 during that trip but that made me walk out. Go somewhere else. They are awful and rude. Guy was on his phone the entire time and not helpful at all. Honestly; didn’t seem like he cared to much to make this store money and that’s probably not an employee to have.

I'm surprised how many stars this place has actually. We needed some accessories and a little assistance a few weeks ago.

We usually go to Smoke Spot in South Jordan and they are awesome, but wanted to try a new adventure so we found ourselves here.

The guy at HOH didn't even acknowledge us and was in his phone the whole time. By the end, we'd found what we'd wanted by pulling teeth but decided we'd rather not reward bad behavior and spend our money at Smoke Spot instead. They're always happy to help and give discounts.

I bought a Vape today in the same brand of one that I wanted to replace because I had lost it. When I tried to use the new Vape I had to turn up the Wattage way higher than the one I had before. They refused to return the new Vape because that was not a reason that qualified for a return. Completely ridiculous! I even asked if I could trade it for some Vape juice, they refused that as well! I will never go back to that store again. They also do not have a rewards program. Total waste of money!

Honestly the best smoke shop I've ever been to. My mom and I go there for everything. I'm in there probably at least 4 or 5 times a month. We both vape, and buy everything there. They really know their stuff, but aren't afraid to tell you when there's something they aren't too sure on so they don't give you wrong info! Tank came broken, no problem, here's a replacement, no hassle. I was having a bad atomizer issue, couldn't figure it out. Kept going in until they worked it all out with me and we figured out what it was, free of charge and no hassle. Super friendly guys, awesome people and place overall!

Go some where else. No employees or owner at store to open at thier posted time. Smoke City is 1.7 miles away and was open on time and much nice, friendlier, and more knowledgeable than house of hookas. Smoke city is on Redwood Rd. & 7664 south. 1.5 mi s from HOH.

Very nice staff, a very big selection. The pricing on disposable vapes is very high compared to other places I get them. But overall, it's a nice shop.

Someone stole my credit card info and spent $110 here. Not happy, would recommend to have people show ID and see if their name matches their card. Low lives obviously shop here! Calling my bank tomorrow to get my money back, you guys just lost money good luck finding the A hole.
