Definitely the best place I’ve ever been to. Young guy in there was super nice and friendly. Me and my buddy purchased a couple mods from there recently and I can say with out a doubt I will never step foot into any other vapor shop in Tyler. This place is just simply the best.

I love this place!! I was upset after calling and finding out that they took away the buy 2 get 1 free. I went in and spoke to one of the owners and found out that they do specials LIKE the buy 2 get 1 free during the month via email. They also have coupons from time to time. This juice has a strong taste which we love. So, with that being said....I will remain a customer and enjoy their juice.

I really loved the staff, they’re great and super helpful every time I go in. However I don’t buy my juice there anymore. It’s got way too much sugar and burns my coils out in less than a day. I don’t have that problem with other juices.

Kudos to the sweet and lovely new hire who greeted every customer with a smile, and was eager to help. Too bad she was stuck with a pretentious, a-word who acted as if doing his job was interfering with his well being. Ugh! This shop is for those who have to have everything hot, new, and fresh on the market. From my experience with this place of business, I wouldn't suggest this place if it was the ONLY vape shop in the state of Texas. Disgusted with this place. Won't be back.

I have been out of vaping for a while, but I went to vape galleria today to get a new set up, soooo happy I did! The staff is absolutely wonderful and their juice is outstanding! This will definitely be my go to vape shop from now on! A special shout out to Assistant Manager Nick for all of his help!

Great friendly staff the young lady that was there working this past weekend on Saturday Maddison was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she did not disappoint. I will be coming back whenever I drive back to my beautiful hometown Tyler Tx. I miss the friendly people here😁

The ladies who work here are PHENOMENAL, I absolutely love them and would never go anywhere else after finding this place. Every time I go in they treat me like family and the flavors are incredible. There's absolutely nothing I can complain about here

Staff is great but quality is atrocious. To much sweetener in their juices. Burned a total of 3 coils with one bottle of juice. Never in 4 years of vaping has that ever happened. Nothing against the staff! Really nice guys and all, but I will not shop here again
