I personally love this place. It's right down the street from downtown and they have the most variety, amazing customer service, vibing decor that I haven't seen in a long time. Not to mention the 5-10% discount with every purchase when you sign up for their rewards program to collect a certain amount of points for more deals. Mention something about a product you don't see and don't have that you know is a must they will get it and tell you when it gets there so we as customers can benefit from that special case. So to be updated on it; it gains more kudos points. Or if you get the wrong thing they will make sure you won't leave disappointed.

This is Eliot and I just wanna say that this is one of the best vape shops in tyler ya dig. You go here you get not just quality vapes of all kinds but you get quality people. The staff is too nice and so is the store. Give them your money it's worth it.

Give ocean a promotion!! This smoke shop is definitely best in town and it just opened!!! They have a huge selection of everything and everything I asked if they had they did and We were taken care of by Ocean and he was outgoing and a great person to interact with. He was very helpful in our purchase and this is our new permanent smoke shop

Smoke Magic Shop is the absolute best!! Every time I go here Dalia, Ocean, and Heather are always amazing!! This is my #1 go to place they have everything you need here I'm so glad they put the store in that area it's so much closer to me now....... So I reccomend everybody to shop here I love it

Dalia was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and helpful! Called a few days later cause i couldnt remember the brand of a delta disposable i bought, and let me tell you, Ocean took the time to go thru all their product and help me figure it out. Super grateful.

I've been. Two times so far. First time I bought a cart battery. 2nd time bought a bunch of misc. stuff. Both time I had very helpful people. 1st time was Heather. 2nd time was Ocean. Both were very helpful and anwsered all my questions. This has become my new smoke shop.
