Poor Quality Bad Customer Service

Bought a water pipe from here. Got home and realized it was used and broken, but "all sales are final" so I couldn't return it. How did a used pipe end up back in your glass showcase box then?? Save yourself the hassle and go to planet K. They have a much higher quality selection, and don't try to rip off customers.
