Horrible customer service. Went in for a custom mod, the lady kept forcing some sock mod on me. When I asked for something more customizable, she said she couldn't help me with that and that id have to wait for someone else. I then proceeded to wait ten minutes while she played on her phone till i eventually left. .1/10
